      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Selfawakening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No need to upgrade unless there's additional features you need.&amp;nbsp; As the Community is not the same as Tech Support meaning no one here can look at your Online settings there's a few things I can think of.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Assuming you setup your online items and uploaded your photos make sure that they are marked "Visible" -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your Account "Dashboard"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Online"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Items"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Site Items"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check one your items by selecting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the Settings under "Visibility"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other thought - whenever you make any changes to your online site - make sure to "republish" it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes strange things happen - another trick is to un-publish and then republish your site.&amp;nbsp; Also after making changes to your site, it's often a good idea to clear your web browser's cache, history, temp files, cookies, etc.&amp;nbsp; Do so gives you a fresh look at your site as sometimes previous browser data can have unexpected results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing changes then your next step would be to contact Tech Support as they can take a look at things for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
