Tax Across All Purchases regardless of Customer's State

I am frustrated because I used to have a setting activated that allowed me to charge a flat rate tax across every state. The tax rate increased in my county and I mistakingly deleted that setting thinking I could add it back at another rate.

However that option to longer seems to exist. In order to change the sales tax percentage I collect from my customer, I have to edit 62 state/territory locations manually AND I have 5 different Square accounts.

This is important because in Hawaii we are charged GET which is a tax on the business, not on the customer based on the state in which they come from. So in order to charge this tax so that I can collect from customer I must do a lot of unnecessary work.

Any better solutions for me that I am not seeing?

Please allow bulk edit or ability to select one tax rate for every purchase made. My services are offered in the state of Hawaii and therefore I must pay tax even if the customer enters an out of state address.

Calculate US sales tax manually

If you don’t want to use the automatic tax calculator, you can always set up your US taxes manually. To manually calculate US taxes for Square Online:

From your Square Online Overview page, go to Settings > Sales Taxes or Shared Settings > Sales Taxes.
Select Add tax rate if you don’t already have a US rate, or select Edit under United States.
Make sure the box for Automatically calculate taxes is unchecked.
Optionally add local rates.
Select Save when finished."
