I run a private membership and most of my transactions are subscription renewals. I don't need an email each time an existing member renews. But I do need to know when a new member signs up for a subscription so I can start their onboarding process.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Hopefully this makes sense. With 100 members it's difficult to remember which names are renewals and which are new, so I waste time looking it up.
