      <title>why is my address not supported through checkout?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to order through my own site to make sure everything runs smoothly for our customers and when i enter my home address it will say that the address isn't supported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JohnsonsExhaust,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a guess (as the Community is not the same as Customer Support).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you are creating your shipping profile there are options for shipping that include individual countries and the US.&amp;nbsp; Just selecting United States is the first part - I believe you then need to select the states you are willing to ship to.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance, then contacting Customer Support would be a good idea as they can look at your settings - that's something that cannot be done here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are wondering if the system offered the option to manually override the address input. Currently, the system relies on Google Maps for address information, and if a location isn't identified on Google Maps, it might indicate a lack of match. Examining your settings more closely may also provide insights into this matter.&lt;/P&gt;
