Printing from square online to regular print

Our business uses square for our catering business when we do holiday menus ie Thanksgiving. We have a deadline that orders are due by and as orders come in we go to online-->orders to print the orders. However this page is being sunset and now orders will be accessed directly from orders. I have multiple issues.

1- When going to bring many orders is there a feature to select multiple invoices at once to print?

2-If forced to print orders one by one, orders that have over 10 items do not print (it looks like the print preview screen can be scrolled down on).

3- The export file we got in the sunset location was much better then the one here. Is it possible to customize what and how orders get exported?
