Edit and preview are different for online store

I created an item called Delivery, categorized as Delivery Options. it shows up when I edit the website, but when I preview or publish the website it does not show up. As it allows my clients to chose their delivery day - it's sort of important that this works. Funny part - It did show up as an item, but when I edited the description, it stopped showing up. I deleted and re-created the item. Help!

Sometimes one needs a little assistance from Tech Support as they can do a few things behind the scenes so your changes appear. As the Community is not the same as Tech Support, you may want to contact them direct. We've learned from experience, that after making changes and then republishing your site, the new edits don't show. A few different things sometimes works - you can unpublish your site and then publish it again. Also ensure that your web browser gets a fresh start by deleting your browser's cookies, cache, temp files, history, etc., then close the browser, reopen it and try viewing your site again - it's a good habit when making changes to your website as old data may be displayed. However, there's only so much you can do on your end, that's why contacting Tech Support would be next in your troubleshooting.

So - I ended up on the phone with Tech support - I had to change the item (Delivery) to a food product because the layout I chose was for a menu...it worked despite the information not showing then showing up then not...one it shoed and looked right - I hit publish and it works. Not gonna mess with anymore....
