    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Photog,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide a few more details - for example - are you going through your Square Account's built in online editor ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What type of images (jpg, png, etc.) and the image size in pixels are you trying to load ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Note, Square can be fickle with image sizes.&amp;nbsp; Are you getting any error messages ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What operating system are you using (i.e., Windows, MacOS, etc.) ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Please understand that the Community is not Tech Support however, there's quite a few folks here that have a lot of hands on experience.&amp;nbsp; Personally, I'm not sure if trying a different web browser is the answer however, it may be worth a try.&amp;nbsp; As for your network, can't speak for that either unless, you're experiencing issues with other apps or web browsing (like graphics not loading or only partially loading).&amp;nbsp; Providing a few more details may help others here to offer some thoughts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Online Platform Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to upload images for my items via my online platform. I have contacted support and the only answers I get are that it's my network and or I need to use a different browser. These answers are not acceptable, especially since I'm paying for my site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this happening to anyone else? I am using Safari for my browser, everything is up to date, and I have cleared my cache and history with no changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
