I am actively building my website and have created several categories for my products. I can add the category to the Navigation Links menu, but it does not show within the actual Navigation Bar of my website header. The same category does show when selecting Shop All.

Is there something I am missing to get my categories to show within the Navigation Bar?

This screenshot shows the Accessories category in the Navigation Links but not in the Navigation Bar.

This screenshot shows the Accessories category available in the Shop All menu.

This screenshot shows the Accessories category in the Square Dashboard and that it is enabled to be visible for the website.

Hi @OwenAndGraham - I'm sorry to hear that this issue has brought you to the Seller Community.

This is currently a known-issue within Square Online. Our engineers are aware of this and are currently working on a solution.

Do you know if there is any expected resolution date? I'm actively trying to migrate my website from Shopify to Square and this is a big hinderance.

All 300 of my categories have been gone for about a month. Any luck on your end @GarrisonWhite ?

In the navigation header on my site I have "shop all". It used to display all my categories under it. The box is checked that the categories are to automatically show in the "shop all" header. But they do not. I have items in these categories and they are not hidden. This was working fine until some of the recent migration was taking place by Square and now it is not working.

I am having the same problem. I have made no changes that would affect this on my site. Not all the categories are showing under my Shop All navigation header. Yet, they are visible on the site like the OP posted. This is a new problem since the migration work being done via Square, not anything I have changed on my site. What is the recommendation?
