Facebook Shop wont Link with Squareup

So im getting orders through our facebook shop and it never sends to squareup. It just says "pending acknowledgment by square". Anyone know how to fix so we can get paid?

Did you link your Facebook account to your Square Online website, or through a different method? If you have linked it, are your items syncing properly, and you are only having trouble receiving the orders?

Hm... yes, that is definitely odd! I recommend reaching out to direct support, as a rep will need to walk through this with you one on one.

Full disclaimer, it may be something that needs to be addressed from Facebook's end, but I think it's still worth a shot to check in with Square Support.

nope still getting orders through fb/ig and they dont get accepted so its basically useless
