Transfer a domain that is already connected.

I have connected my third party domain to my square website. Now I would like to transfer the domain to square. I don't see the option to transfer a domain that is connected.

Hi there, @jjkettlekorn! 👋😀

To transfer your domain to Square, follow these steps :

From your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > Domains.
Select Connect domain.
Under Use a domain I own elsewhere, type in the domain name you want to transfer and select Verify.
Select transfer your domain and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Sometimes it doesn't give you the option to choose transfer your domain, or it is small, so it can be missed. In this case, just exit out and go through the steps again, and it should appear. I've included a picture of what you should see when trying to transfer.

Once you click on the blue "transfer your domain" it will walk you through the process of getting the transfer started. 😊

Thank you. When I go to "Connect Domain" and select use a domain I own elsewhere and type in the domain it says that it is already connected to another Square online site and does not give me the option to go further.
