Hello. I've purchased the plus plan and purchased my domain pridepint.com I have yet to see that take effect. It's been over 48 hrs and when I go to square online it still says I need to purchase a domain. Ive double checked my bank acct and the $19.99 has gone through. I'm at a loss on what to do.

It takes a couple of days to transfer over - keep checking.

To double check square side. Click your account name top right BOLD BLACK FONT in the online area dashboard. Click account settings. Click my services. Your “Plan Performance” and “Plan Domain” should be listed with a start date for your .com transfer. Good luck with all the features in the plan, there is tons more functionality +++++ Video, fonts, button shapes, shipping options +++especially stateside too.

I do see your domain purchase and your plus plan purchase, so no worries there.

What you will need to do now is publish your website to your custom domain.

To do that:

1.) Go to your Square Online Dashboard

2.) Click on "Website" on the left-hand panel

3.) Click on "Edit site"

4.) This will open your site editor - to publish to the custom domain, click "Publish" in the top right corner. This will publish the site to the custom domain you have purchased.
