Hello,

I am working on my website (www.redemptionvault.com) and am having trouble with the Main Banner. It looks fine on the desktop site, but does not translate well to the mobile site. Images do not shrink, and so crucial information gets cut out on the mobile site. I use the header for upcoming event announcements. I had a great design in mind and am struggling with the execution. Any advice would be appreciated for alternative design options. TIA!

Hello Redemptionvault,

I believe the recommended size for the Main Banner is 2000 x 1000 - that's what's been posted and it appears to work for both desktop and smart devices. Note, you may have to experiment with any wording to ensure it's centered and not cut off.
