NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

We've had our site for some time, but have yet to get it to work under https without the Your connection is not private and NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID messages.

Our site, studionumbertwenty.com, is registered with WhoIs, DNS has appropriate A records, and we've republished it multiple times. However it appears that the SSL Cert is still invalid

SEO and Social Media both also point to http:// and not https://, which may just be a symptom and not the cause.

Any help to secure our site would be appreciated!

Hi ShopN20,

Your issue is definitely a candidate for Tech Support as they can look at some things behind the scenes. That's something that cannot be done through the Community. Your SSL Certificate should be automatically enabled when the site is published so it's a bit odd that the it's showing no Certificate details. Tech Support should be able to fix this.

I just took a peek at your site and was able to load it with a private connection. Please let me know if you continue to face this issue.
