You can disable the card on file from your app. Go to More > Settings > Checkout > Payment > Click the X next to the card on file. If you need anything else let me know!

There is not a such option in Square WebPay modul on my admin side

Are you trying to disable this for in-person payments or online? Can you walk me through how you are accessing Square, what do you mean by Square WebPay module? @minimarket50

My Zen Cart shopping program has that payment module. Looks like I am in the wrong forum. Anyway I got phone calls today complaining about Square payments. I will remove Square from my website.
