Shop All Items Return 404 Not Found

I can't figure out what I did when I duplicated the online store to setup sales in another country (items would need a different price point) that then made the original/main site, https://thebruclub.square.site, all of a sudden show 404 - Not Found for every single item of our 40+ items.

Store was launched a few weeks ago and have had little problems until today when I duplicated the website to all of a sudden not have any items, but "Shop All" shows all the items I'd expect. Similarly categories aren't showing up either, maybe related?

Forgot to specifically add the item page experience which just shows the 404 page not found error as if the item url isn't in my shop at all.

I found a single item that had a visible setting of "unavailable" . Upon updating this single item the entire catalog of products showed up again by magic... not sure what happened, but things appear to be back.

Non "shirts" categories aren't visible now and there are no "unavailable" or "hidden" items .. what is going on?!

I'm incredibly sorry that we missed your original post! First off, let's clarify what is happening with the original site. You made a copy of the site, correct? Did you re-assign the same URL to the new site? That would explain the 404 on the first site if you did, but I would like to get on the same page as to which site should be active.

For your follow-up questions, can you please confirm which of the two sites you are editing? As well as the exact item name in question?

Support and I were able to figure things out this morning by simply republishing the site.

I did make a copy at one point, but not using that.
