I still cannot believe that square has held thousands of dollars ransom from me and will not give a refund. Doordash has issued refunds to me repeatedly and square refuses to pay me out of them effectively having stolen the money from me... They claim that because we deliver CBD products we are violating Doordash's TOS and therefore its ok to steal the money from the refunds from us.. its absolutely bonkers. I have been trying to talk to a human at square for months to no avail. Does anyone have a working contact at Square that I can talk to

I'm sorry you're having issues. Have you tried calling Square like @perkits has asked? You should be able to get thru to them pretty easily. I never have issues
