Coupon code can’t be added by customer

I've set up a coupon code for customers to use, but when I look at the customer side of the site there is nowhere for them to put the code in. I've gotten all the way to the purchase now screen, and there's no option to put in a coupon code, but the coupon code says it's active.

Basically, the ability to type in coupon codes does not appear for my customers at checkout on my online store. I have an active coupon already setup. Please help

Hmmmm interesting as you have an appointment site- not sure if you can use coupon codes against appointments?

@DinaLRosenberg is right. Unfortunately, you cannot use coupon codes on the booking sites.
