&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Since these were test orders, were they paid using the same credit or debit card?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;The auto-creation of customer profiles is based on the card used to pay for a transaction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;So if the card was already associated with a different customer, the new sale with that same card would be under that existing customer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Square Online store - customer didn't show up in Customer Directory</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;In testing orders on our online store&amp;nbsp;we placed some test orders. However, we're finding that although the customer info (name/email) appears in the Square Online Order portal,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the customer associated with this order does NOT appear in our Square Customer Directory.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Any advise re: how to address this to ensure all customer information&amp;nbsp;from the online store results in a customer record being created in the Square Customer directory would be appreciated, thank you.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
