Category on a separate page

Please help,

We have multiple pages on our online website. I have created a page where I would like to add only one of my Categories. The problem is that this category will appear on my Order Online page as well.

Is there a way to hide it from the Order Online page?

You can hide a category from your published site by checking the box under Hide Category in the Category editing screen (Online > Items > Site Categories > Select Category). However, this would hide the category even on other pages. Also, the items would still be visible on the ordering page.

What I would recommend is hiding the items within the category. This way, they won't show on your ordering page. You can do this from the Item editing page, by selecting Hidden under Visibility.

If you wish to sell these items on a different page, you can create a "Featured Items" section, the items would show there even if they are hidden.

Hopefully, this workaround allows you to reach your goal of hiding items from your ordering page.
