Trying to transfer website domain from Shopify to square website and gives error

I am trying to transfer my domain from Shopify to Square and when I try to go through the Set Up Your Domain section, it says my domain is already connected to a Square website and to disconnect it before proceeding.

I have been using Square for invoicing and had tried previously before going to Shopify, to set up my website, but never had it published.

Hi Laurak84,

Although the volunteer Community Members can help with many concerns, they are not the same as Tech or Customer Support. You may want to contact Tech Support for assistance with your domain transfer - the Support people have access to accounts - that's something that cannot be done here. You can contact them through your Square Account.
