&lt;P data-start="426" data-end="460"&gt;Click on each category and ensure:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL data-start="463" data-end="661"&gt;

&lt;P data-start="1569" data-end="1612"&gt;Try viewing your site in Incognito Mode&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="1615" data-end="1668"&gt;Or clear your browser cache and refresh the live site&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P data-start="1716" data-end="1870"&gt;Occasionally, categories show differently (or not at all) on mobile if hidden by design settings. Use the editor's mobile preview to check visibility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="1716" data-end="1870"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="1903" data-end="1966"&gt;If all of the above is correct and categories still don’t show:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI data-start="1967" data-end="2041"&gt;
&lt;P data-start="1969" data-end="2041"&gt;Try creating a new test category with one item and see if it appears&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P data-start="2044" data-end="2126"&gt;If it does, the original category may have a syncing issue, so try recreating it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If none of this works, please let me know and I will escalate to our ecommerce team. Some helpful information would be the names of the missing categories and screenshots always help too!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
