Is there a way to add pick up and drop off address to booking flow

I offer rides to rideshare customers and am looking for a way to add a pick up address and a destination address to the online appointment booking flow. Does anyone know how to do that? I’m using the free version of the platform.

Hi @BigRed217 👋

You can now use Custom Fields to collect custom information from customers when they book Appointments and Classes online! This feature is available with a Square Appointments Plus or Premium subscription.

You can set up, view, add, hide, and edit custom fields from your online Square Dashboard or Square Appointments App:

From the Square Dashboard

Navigate to Customers.
Click Settings > Configure Profiles.
Click Create Custom Field.
Name the field and select a field type.
Click Save.

From the Square Appointments App

Navigate to More > Settings > Customers.
Click Add Field.
Name the field and select a field type.
Click Save.

You would need to test it out to see if this would be a good solution for the current workflow that you use Square Appointments for.
