This has been going on for a year now with no fix. I can't even get support to email me back about it.

Can you provide some details - for example:

Type of images (file format - .jpg, .png, etc.)?

Size of images and ratio (2400 x 2400 - 1:1 for example)?

What device are you using for uploading (Desktop, Laptop, Smart Device, etc.)?

Any error messages?

Type of internet connection and speed (local router connected to ISP, Hotspot, etc.)

Which web browser are you using (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.)?

Does your device and web browser have the latest system and app updates?

As you can tell, without details, it's not possible to even guess. There is quite a bit of hands-on knowledge here and perhaps someone here may be able share some thoughts. Please understand that the volunteers here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support, we're mostly small business owners who are familiar with Square's Apps and Hardware.
