Site not secure (Aug 2024)

Have successfully transferred my domain and just published my site and I'm getting a 'site not secure' warning. When I look through the help info it shows an SSL setting on the Dashboard>Settings>General page which is no longer there and I can't find anywhere to set it.

Any help appreciated.

The Settings>General is not from the Dashboard it's on the top nav links from within the web editor.
