Subdomain on external domain

I wanted to use a subdomain for the store. (store.mydomain.com)
My main domain / website are hosted externally on another provider.

I followed the instructions on how to setup my custom domain.
Added the A record, cname and txt record. It says it can take up to 1 day to verify. It's been much longer than that.

Hey @kkdonnelly212. Currently, we can not use subdomains for our Square online sites, at least not directly. There is, however, a workaround you can use since you have a domain that is not managed by Square.

What you would do is user your external provider’s tools to redirect your store.mydomain.com page to your Square-hosted online store. Then, when someone navigates to store.mydomain.com, it would be redirected to mydomain.square.site/store (or whatever your Square store’s address is). But DNS redirection with A or CNAME, etc, records will not accomplish what you want.

Since I don’t know who your external host is, I can’t be more specific, but I’m sure you can search their help for page redirects and get the instructions you need. Let me know if you need any other information or run into a brick wall here.
