How do I add a fillable line in on a donation form

I work for a school district. We created a button to put on our school website that allows parents to enter an amount to pay for preschool classes. Since this is not a fixed amount, this was done as a donation button. I have two required questions in the form that clearly I created, though I don't remember how. I'd like to add a line that asks to enter the teacher's name. How do I do this?

You should be able to edit your existing Donation Link and add the field or fields you need. When adding a text field it does by default make the field required. Assuming you or someone has access to your Square Account:

On the right side of the screen, scroll down to Payment Links

Click on Create Link

On the displayed page, you should see the previously created link

Select it, edit and save
