What CMS can I use to make my nav menu right-aligned (with the logo remaining on the left)?

Hello,

I would really like my desktop navigation menu to be aligned to the right or at the very least span the whole page. Right now it currently appears centered. Can someone please assist with some CMS code and specify where to place it in the code editor? I've played around with something along the lines of the below but I can't seem to figure it out.

I am not certain if with squares editing abilities this is even possible
