QR only works for one product

When creating the items, each item allows me to copy a link or create a QR code for each item. However, each different item link AND QR code just go to the original single item, instead of to each individual item. So it looks like I am selling one thing when using the link or QR code.

Just guessing here as we don't have any examples - it sounds like the code was over written when downloaded (check the file names) as I can't think of any other reason that each one goes to the same item. Please understand that the volunteer Community Members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support so you may have to contact Tech Support them. Perhaps some of the other Community Members have some thoughts.

I have several different products for sale. Each one gives me an option to create a payment link which includes a QR code. Only two of them work, going to each individual item. One goes to a necklace, which is correct. One goes to a spray, which is correct. The other items, which are not necklaces or sprays, go to only these two links/QR codes. I can't change it or fix it, only opt out (or in) of using a payment link.

@mamabarehc, I want to make sure I fully understand your question. Are you looking to create a QR code for multiple items? Could you also share where and how you’re setting up these links, along with providing a link and the item names, so we can take a closer look and assist further?
