Square keeps closing when adding photos

When adding photos to my item's for sale, Almost every time, square will close and I'll get a pop-up up saying program closed unexpectedly. I've tried clearing cache and resizing photos. It allme to add a few photos, now nothing. Using my phone (samsung) to add photos on mobile app.

As the volunteers here are not the same as Tech Support, you may need their help. In the mean time, suggest trying some other options to see if you can reproduce the issue. Assuming you have access to another method like a desktop or laptop, see if you can upload your photos. It's just some basic trouble shooting - if you can reproduce the same problem, then it's time to consider contacting Tech Support. There is a lot of hands-on experience here with trying different scenarios - sometimes they work and sometimes not but, it helps to narrow down the possible cause. Per this site, no system issues have been reported so the issue may be local. (We keep this site book marked as it can be quite helpful.)

It’s understandably frustrating that Square keeps closing when you try to add photos. As @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned, some more information would be helpful.

1) Is the only happening when you add photos? Is it crashing any other time?

2) How many items do you have in inventory?

3) Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

4) What Samsung model are you using?
