To my knowledge @Mira16 , there is not any way to do this internally within Square. I would suggest googling "alt image website checker" and enter your web address accordingly.

You can go through and manually check/verify/enter alt image information within the Square website builder. To do this, open the editor, find the page that has an image, select the image and click it again. The editor will open and you can enter alt text image information accordingly.

Hope this helps. Let us know if more questions.

Hello, I've recently found out my old website was not ADA compliant because it does not include Alt Tag Descriptions on each of the images. I decided to go with Square, since I already had a smaller website started here and it seemed easiest to rebuild.

I've included the alt descriptions with the image uploads, and I am able to test they are there for regular pages, but not for my actual item images.

Is there a way to confirm the product images are ADA accessible? I've taken down my shop listings for low as I do not make enough sales to justify the cost to defend a lawsuit.

Thanks in advance for any help!
