Item Library changes not syncing to Square Online site (prices + new items)

Hi everyone,

Changes I make in my Item Library aren’t showing up on my Square Online site: stringthingsca.square.site

What’s happening:

I updated the price of an existing item today.
The new price shows correctly in my Item Library, but my site still shows the old price.
I added two new digital items today. Both are set to Visible and assigned to my site, but neither one appears.
My older items still show on the site, just not with today’s changes.

What I’ve already checked:

Items are assigned to my site under Channels, and “Direct link only” is off
Every variation has a price
The category is set to show online
My location is set to Physical
The product section on my site isn’t limited to featured or selected items
I’ve republished the site and checked in a private window
I tried opening each item through “Go to Square Online” to force a sync

The new items have the same settings as my older item that does show up, so it seems like the sync between my Item Library and Square Online has stopped. Has anyone else run into this, or does anyone know how to get it working again?

Quick update: my shop now reflects all my changes. I wonder if it was just delayed. It did take multiple hours for it to sync... not sure if that's normal.

I have experienced delays recently. Updates are only live on the website anywhere from 15-30 minutes to several hours. It use to be almost immediate, or only a few minutes delayed.

I've deleted old events and added new events and the changes just aren't taking effect. I've hidden the Events multiple times and refreshed the backend plus the website cache in my browsers and still nothing. This is ridiculous. What is happening!!??!

Same thing seems to be happening to me. Very disappointing, I hope they fix it soon.

Eventually, my changes did sync but it did take a couple of hours. This seems to be an issue for a lot of people lately… which sucks. I hope they fix it soon.
