Modifiers no longer printing in correct order to kitchen printer (text box modifiers are now last)

@MayaP You've been very helpful in the past so maybe you can help with this issue. Over the weekend, we updated to the most recent version of the Square for Retail app (iOS). We have a kitchen printer that prints all of our online order tickets and after this app update, the modifiers on items are no longer printing in the correct order. Specifically, all of the text box modifiers (that are obviously online only) end up printing at the end of the modifier selections regardless of where they show up among the modifiers in the item online. This is bad. We have the modifiers configured in the item online in the order that the staff needs to see them on the ticket and up until now, they have always printed in that order. I suspect this is a bug introduced with the latest app update. Can you help?

This started immediately after we updated the Square for Retail app to v7.24w so it definitely is the result of something changing in the app. I noticed that v7.25w has been released, so I will try updating to that after hours to see if the issue is fixed in that release or not.

@tranguyen - I see you're one of the current active admins here. Is there a detailed list somewhere of what bugs were fixed in release versions of the Square for Retail app?

Are there any humans from Square participating in these forums now? MayaP and the others who used to provide excellent help all appear to be "Alumni" now (no longer active).

I spent an hour and a half on Square's chat "support" last week trying to get this problem reported and got bounced around between different agents at least 15 times with none of them providing any meaningful help. They just kept transferring me.

@katie - Anyone from Square out there?

@Abby_M and @abhiroop - I noticed you have both responded to some questions in other areas of the forum and you're not "alumni" like all the other Square folks that have provided help for issues here in the past. Is anyone from Square supporting this area of the forum? The issue I brought up in the first post needs to be escalated to engineering somehow and my attempt to do so through the useless Square chat was colossally unsuccessful.
