Does a tip or help document exist regarding what passwords are allowed? IOW, acceptable letters and use of case, numbers, and punctuation characters.

RE: I recently was advised to change my account password after a spearfish phishing attempt was made on our business. After the change (password began with the character '@' and was 10 characters in length) stand connectivity was lost and the new password was not accepted during subsequent login attempts. As a "sanity check" I attempted to login using a different computer which likewise failed.

After changing the password again (beginning with a letter) I was able to re-establish connectivity.

At no point during the password reset process (the online screens) were the password formatting rules displayed or available through a "?" help link.
