Over the weekend, we updated to the most recent version of the Square for Retail app (iOS). We have a kitchen printer that prints all of our online order tickets and after this app update, the modifiers on items are no longer printing in the correct order. Specifically, all of the text box modifiers (that are obviously online only) end up printing at the end of the modifier selections regardless of where they show up among the modifiers in the item online. This is bad. We have the modifiers configured in the item online in the order that the staff needs to see them on the ticket and up until now, they have always printed in that order. I suspect this is a bug introduced with the latest app update.
