So I do this:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><OL><LI><P>Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to&nbsp;<SPAN>Settings</SPAN>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<SPAN>Account &amp; Settings</SPAN>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<SPAN>Fulfillment methods&nbsp;</SPAN>&gt;&nbsp;<A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/fulfillment/preferences/non-physical" target="_blank">Non-physical</A>.</P></LI><LI>I choose Add Countries and select United States and Canada then click Done.</LI><LI>I see this:&nbsp; &nbsp;United States 50 states and District of Columbia and Canada 10 provinces and 3 territories.</LI><LI>Next I click&nbsp;<SPAN>"Edit states and territories" next to United States and uncheck California then click Done.
