Adding products to Facebook

I am trying to add my shop on Facebook and I am at the point of 'connecting to a data feed' to update my products automatically. It is asking for:

Use a URL or Google Sheets

Enter a URL from your server, hosting website or a Google spreadsheet

You can link to a CSV, TSV, XML (RSS/ATOM) or XLSX file up to 8 GB.

I have asked Square where to get this information on my website/dashboard, but they just send me to a different department and it keeps repeating. I feel like this should be an easy thing to find but I can't figure it out and support doesn't seem to be much help. I was curious if anyone knew where to find your inventory url. I tried exporting it but it exports to a spreadsheet onto my computer so I know that won't update as things sell on the website. Any help would be appreciated!

"Use a URL or Google Sheets

This will help us see it from your perspective and assist you better.
