    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can understand your frustration. Once is one thing, but three holds in a week can create a real cash flow problem for a small business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing that may be triggering reviews is the number of manually entered card payments, especially from new customers. While that doesn't mean you've done anything wrong, card-not-present transactions tend to carry more risk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd reach out to Square and ask if there are any specific account changes or documentation they need to help reduce future reviews. Hopefully they can identify what's causing the repeated flags rather than continuing the cycle of holds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wishing you the best—I know that's tough when you're trying to keep jobs moving and employees paid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Continue to have issues with fraud reviews</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the third time in one week that my funds have been placed on hold while they review it because of suspicion of fraud. I am an electrician and work with new customer daily also have a few guys work for me so I take manual payments over the phone. I can not continue to run my business while the money is on hold continuously when there is absolutely no fraud. I immediately provide the customers direct phone number, text messages, invoices and everything I possibly can but still get stuck waiting to get my money. Is there anyway to get around having this issue consistently or do I move away from square?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
