I would not start by manually adding PRODUCT_ID to the Weebly file. I would first export a small item CSV from Square, use that as the header/id format, then test with 1-2 items where the name, SKU, variation, and price match before doing the full import. That usually shows whether the issue is the Product ID column itself or a field mismatch between the two CSVs.

Hello my fellow Weebly users,

Could you please share your knowledge on how to edit the CSV file so that the item library on Square is identical to the item that I am going to sell on Weebly website. It keeps popping up a window showing that i have to add "Product ID" for the file. So I added a column on the very left "PRODUCT_ID" but it is still not working.

The whole purpose to use Square is to have everything integrated in one place so I can create invoices and have online sales. If I have to create the sale items on Weebly and not integrating with Square, then what is the purpose for having Square.

Thank you all in advance for your help

Bunnyclover
