I have $18 flat-rate shipping and free shipping over $99 Canada-wide.<BR /><BR />1. I was hoping that would activate the "Free Shipping Progress Meter", but I haven't been able to do so.<BR /><BR />2. I was also hoping it would fix the bug where the cart shows the wrong "Estimated Shipping" amount. It still displays $0 until the customer enters their address.<BR /><BR />What it&nbsp;<EM>should</EM> do is:<BR /><BR />A. Progress bar at the top of the store that starts at $0 and at $99 says "you've unlocked free shipping"<BR />B. Estimate shipping at $18 until the customer has reached $99&nbsp;<EM>regardless</EM> of whether they've gone through the checkout process to enter their address.
