I have had my website for approximately one year now; however, I have not receive a single purchase. I've been working on my Search Engine Optimization, but this has not been successful either. Please advise.

I’d check your product titles and descriptions first and make them match what people actually search for. I’d also add more clear text on each page and link your pages together.
