Hello! I noticed that a thread was started (I think in 2021-2023) about the possibility of allowing customers to upload files to their order, but that thread has been archived. I was wondering if there is any update on that option moving forward?

@kimimcv Welcome to the community. As of now, Square Online still doesn’t have a built-in way for customers to upload files directly with an order. It’s been a long-standing feature request, but there hasn’t been an official update that adds this functionality yet. There is a workaround, in your confirmation email, you can have a DropBox or Google Drive link that will allow them to upload a file after they pay. I would just have them to rename the file as their name so it would be easy to find and sort.

After they checkout in the confirmation email you could add this instruction. "After checkout, please upload your file using the link in your confirmation email".
