banner dosent line up with section backgrounds.

So im having an issue where my background is a repeating pattern. this is fine. its 2000x1000px as recommended and within the square editor i get it to line up perfectly, but when i view the site when its live OR mobile it misaligns again!

i just want one continuous background without it making it crunchy or misaligning square pleas e go d. why cant you just crop all the backgrounds the same for elements instead of moving them ;^;

I've made every 'background' the same image and adjusted its position THEN set the image subject directly in the middle. as supposedly that's supposed to make it 'center' the image.

this is what it looks like on the other end: mobile and desktop.

Now id be FINE with this if we knew the sizes of all these elements and could cobble something together to make them at least have the banners the same size to the background but they don't tell us and its like pulling teeth trying to find it. is there a set whole background option? I'm starting to consider moving somewhere else with how frustrating it is trying to put together a basic bones site.
