Subscription auto upgrade?

I got an email saying our current Professional Plan at $18/mon will be auto upgraded to the Square Plus plan at $49/mon - a cost increase that our nonprofit can not handle. I see where now the only options are Free, Plus, and Premium, but I can't tell what exactly we'll lose by going down to the Free plan. Does anyone know?

We only use the very basic features to sell a few shirts (POS at events and online with shipping)... I can't see anything that leads me to believe we won't be able to do this with the free version...?

@NewhouseKC Square unified pricing and greatly simplified the al la carte set up they used to have. So in your case, I am sure you can use free and that will work for basic sales, and any tracking. If your volume is low, the cheaper processing rates that go along with the $49 plan may not be worth it. So the real question is what kind of volume of cc cards do you take?
