Pop Up not showing up

I am using the pop up that shows up at the top of the page, not a box that pops up. I have published it but it is not showing up. Any recommendations?

I see right now you have a traditional pop up about your new app. I'm wondering if the announcement banner isn't compatible with your website template? That's my first thought, but I don't know if it matters what template you have to use the banners.

Let me know if you try to put the banner back up and I can take a look!
