    <description>&lt;P&gt;A customer messaged me that they were unable to complete their order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;That a shipping method was not available even though they input their address.&amp;nbsp; I was able to replicate the error. Tried with different items to see if the problem was unique to a particular item.&amp;nbsp; It is not.&amp;nbsp; Tech support seems to think it's only me having the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was finally able to have the tech support team solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; I would not have been aware without the message from my customer.&amp;nbsp; The support representative explained that an update was done earlier in the week.&amp;nbsp; Depending on the domain you are using, the update may have caused sync issues.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully it has been fixed for everyone by now, but if not you will need to actually call and open a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
