Cannot Edit my Weebly square Online page

So, I'm wanting to update my square online page as part of a relaunch of our square online page. I'm planning on doing a complte refresh as I haven't done anything on this site for years. However, as I've tried to start this redesign, I have found that everytime I try replace and upload a new image or delete an existing image from my main banner I get an error code. The steps I'm going through are. From the dashboard, Online, Online store, Website, Edit Site. I then select Main Banner and I have two images in my Content. If I choose the garbage bin to delete the image and then I see a "saving changes" text box then I get an error saying "unable to perform request. Images attached below. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @Eddiemunster, thank you for reaching out about this and for posting such thorough screenshots! I can definitely take a look and see what may be causing this.

First off, could you do a bit of troubleshooting for me, please?

- Check for a strong internet connection

- Clear browser cache and cookies

- Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date

- Log out and log back in

- Restart your device

- Try to login and use site editor from another device

Typically trying to use our Site Editor on another device or browser does the trick, so hopefully that is the case here too!

After you have run through these steps, can you double-check to see if the issue is resolved? Please let me know and we can go from there.

Thanks Sammie,

I tried the steps you suggested. I found that Chrome doesn't seem to want to work with Weebly. Restarted the computer after clearing the cache and the only solution is using edge to edit the page-is this a common issue with weebly and square? Thanks for your help.
