Shipping Profile Per Item

I sell an item by the case, and it does not have a weight set (which is fine for my setup).

I created a shipping profile for this item and set shipping to “per item.”

The issue is that when a customer adds multiple cases of this item to their cart, the shipping charge still calculates as if only one item is being shipped, instead of increasing per case.

Has anyone run into this, or know how to get shipping to calculate correctly for multiple quantities?

Hi, @sacredheart926 !

I reached out to an ecommerce specialist who is going to see why this may be happening. He doesn't think this is expected behavior, but we are going to investigate further!

Hi Just checked and the per item shipping is still only picking up one item. I have 3 of the same item in the cart and the shipping is still showing as if there is only 1 item
