Link Previews for Square Online Store No Longer Work Properly. I have this issue too. What do I need to do to change settings to allow image with product link to show in my fb posts? it is so unprofessional. Friends have turned to shopify instead. Is that the only answer?

Hi @Gumnuts1 - Thanks for being patient.

To update the social preview image shown above, you can head to Website > SEO > Social Media, then select Social Preview and choose Update Social Media.

You’ll also find a helpful article linked directly above the social preview image. I’m including an additional article here as well that you may find useful.

Do you have any examples I can reference?

so following these suggestions, i now need to go to every product on my site and change to share social media link? I never used to need to do that. if a customer messaged me asking if I had a certain product, i used to be able to go to my site, search for product, and then click link to copy and share to my customer, which would take her right to the product she wanted to order. i can no longer do this, as the links share back to my home page, not the actual product she wanted.

for example, customer asks if i have Party animal papers in stock. I search my store, find the papers, and click on the link to forward to her.
