First, go to your web dashboard &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Account &amp;amp; Settings &amp;gt; Pricing &amp;amp; Subscriptions. &amp;nbsp;You can usually manage subscriptions there yourself. &amp;nbsp;If that doesn't work, unfortunately no one in this Community (even Square moderators) has access to your account. &amp;nbsp;So, as this is an urgent matter, your only option is to &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;contact Square Support&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;They should be able to get your issue resolved and everything reactivated. &amp;nbsp;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Reactivation of Square Online Plus account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, our &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Online Plus account&lt;/STRONG&gt; was paused due to an issue with our payment card.&lt;BR /&gt;As a result, all of our online services have been put on hold and our websites (tummystuffer.net and tummystuffer101.com) are blocked.&lt;BR /&gt;The payment issue has now been resolved, but our account and websites remain on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to reactivate our Online Plus service and websites as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;All online orders are currently halted, so it is urgent to resume our services.&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know what steps I need to take to reactivate online account and website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

I forgot this one...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your Online Plus subscription, you probably need to go to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;your web dashboard &amp;gt; Online &amp;gt; Websites.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on your company name in the top right corner and select "Account Settings"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will allow you to update your payment method, if needed, review your services and reactivate (or whatever it says there). &amp;nbsp;I always forget that anything to do with Online/Weebly has its own subscriptions page separate from the rest of the Square ecosystem. &amp;nbsp;Fingers crossed that all gets consolidated one day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
