Can't access editor for weebly cloud sites

Getting the following error when attempting to access the editor for any of our weebly cloud sites. I saw other posts where this was fixed by unpublishing and republishing a site but you need access to the editor for that. I've submitted a ticket but not sure what kind of support staff still remains for weebly customers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

.net uses an unsupported protocol.

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Dids there used to be a generic URL used to access the editor or am i thinking of the OG Designer platform?

i have a branded domain to access. never had a generic one, or I didn't know of one. You?
